 Our Pacific Office HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details, apply to the promotion. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. 
   
   
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over Participants aged under 18 must seek permission from a parent or guardian before entering. Employees and immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 
   
   
3. If you are completing this form for another individual, you agree that you have sought and received their permission and that they agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
   
   
4. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Only one completed form per person is permitted. Duplicate entries (from the same email) will be removed before the prize draw. 
   
   
5. Entry to the promotion is free. You must submit your business card to Our Pacific Office to enter the promotion. By doing so, you agree to receive email communication from Our Pacific Office. 
   
   
6. Prize draws will occur on 21/07/2022. Winners will be notified by email they used to enter the competition. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 

Your prize is valid for:  

One complimentary Deluxe Lagoon View Room for five (5) night stay, including daily buffet breakfast for two (2) adults and two(2) children under 12 years at Goji Kitchen and Bar.

Validity: 01st August, 2022 - 31st March 2023

Terms & Conditions:

• This certificate does not carry any cash value and is not refundable or transferrable.
• This gift certificate must be presented upon check-in and is subject to resort availability within the validity dates.
• Blackout dates apply.
• Advanced reservations must be booked directly with Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
• The resort shall not be responsible for this certificate's loss, alterations, theft or expiration.
• This gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or certificates.
• Unused portions of this gift certificate are non-refundable.

All incidental items such as food and beverage, mini bar, telephone and laundry will be at the person’s expense and should be settled on departure.

Please note the Marriott room specified above accommodates a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children only (children to be aged 12 years or below).  

Due to the number of certificates issued, we regret the expiry date cannot be extended.
